Between October 13th and 15th, GSN students, faculty, and staff came together in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for the yearly scientific retreat

More than 120 GSN members gathered for 3 days of talks, exchange, and interaction at the foothills of the Alps. With 27 student talks, 5 faculty lectures, and over 50 posters, the event was a highlight before the new semester started on October 16th. The social components rounded up the schedule, featuring a film screening of In Silico, followed by a discussion, and activities such as archery, hiking, slacklining, photography, or yoga.
